**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on injection mold machinery. Your role will involve performing mechanical and electrical repairs, maintaining hydraulic systems, and conducting preventative maintenance. You'll use various hand and power tools, assist in machinery breakdowns and rebuilds, and potentially use manual mills and lathes to make brackets for machinery. A team player attitude is essential for success in this role. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on injection mold machinery. + Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on hydraulic systems, sensors, relays, switches, inputs, outputs, pistons, pumps, valves, bearings, pulleys, and motors. + Conduct preventative maintenance tasks such as oiling, lubrication, greasing, and changing bearings. + Use hand and power tools to make necessary adjustments and repairs. + Assist in machinery breakdowns and rebuilds. + Troubleshoot inputs and outputs; trace issues to Allen-Bradley, Siemens PLCs (not mandatory). + Potentially use manual mills and lathes to fabricate brackets for machinery. + Collaborate effectively with team members. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of equipment troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing company. + 1+ years of experience maintaining hydraulic equipment. + 3+ years of mechanical repair experience in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency with hand tools, leveling instruments, and test/calibration equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience performing root cause analysis. + Any PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus (Allen-Bradley, Siemens). + Experience with Husky equipment. + Injection mold experience is a plus. + Experience operating mills and lathes. + Any facilities maintenance experience. **Why Work Here?** Our facility offers a temperature-controlled environment, tool reimbursement, and schooling reimbursement.
