**Maintenance Technician in Hernando, TN**
**Job Description**
+ Instruct, troubleshoot, program, and repair complex machinery, electrical systems, and robotics (Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, and robotic welding equipment).
+ Troubleshoot hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems including 480v 3 phase, robotics, VFD's, and PLC's (preferred but not required).
+ Serve as a technical resource to production to assist in correcting machine failures.
+ Install new equipment as needed.
+ Support process improvements.
+ Maintain facilities repairs as needed.
+ Form and fabricate parts for trial projects and/or repairs to production equipment (welding and fabrication a plus).
+ Follow graphic, written, and verbal directions and specifications.
+ Analyze malfunctioning machines and systems (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, etc.) and perform repairs.
+ Make repairs or modifications to production equipment.
+ Use experience, practices, basic data tables, handbooks, and technical references to determine size, capacity, dimension, and other working data for making repairs or modifications to equipment.
+ Utilize all documentation such as equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints along with operating specifications.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
