**Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on various equipment, fixtures, and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial electricity, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot from wiring diagrams and blueprints. The technician will also assist in advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the plant and provide support in the daily maintenance of automated equipment. **Essential Skills** + Must Have Journeyman's card or associate degree/certification. + Experience in automotive manufacturing or plastics manufacturing + General electric knowledge including 480v, 3 phase experience, and installation of conduit and outlets. + Ability to troubleshoot circuits, motors, and wiring diagrams. + Experience troubleshooting mechanical drive systems including gears, sprockets, chains, belts, bearings, and rollers. **Why Work Here?** Direct Hire Uniforms provided Tool allowance Full Benefits **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $77209.00/yr. This is a direct hire position with a union company. Company provides uniforms and tool allowance.
