**Industrial Maintenance Technician** We are seeking a skilled **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs. + Diagnose and maintain PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment. + Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability. + Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. + Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with expertise in electrical, mechanical, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and in a team environment. + High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
