Our client, an industry leading manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team! The ideal candidate will have a team work mentality, desire to build new skills and a "can do" attitude which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Location: Columbia, SC** **Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00** **What’s the Job?** + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. + Perform equipment modifications and rebuilds. + Perform routine maintenance welding and minor fabrication. + Responsible for ensuring equipment is properly maintained in order to manufacture safe, legal and quality product. + Ensure that work areas are clean that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) are full complied with. **What’s Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED required.
