This position includesjanitorial duties, general maintenance, and fleet management, ensuring that all facilities and vehicles are in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities Property Maintenance & Repairs + Perform routine inspections and maintenance of properties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs. + Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failure and costly repairs. + Repair and maintain interior and exterior structures, including painting, drywall, carpentry, and basic appliance repairs. + Monitor and manage building security systems, fire alarms, and emergency exit compliance. Janitorial & Groundskeeping + Ensure all properties remain clean and well-maintained by performing regular janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. + Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. + Handle landscaping duties, including lawn care, snow removal, and exterior upkeep. Fleet Maintenance + Oversee the upkeep and servicing of company-owned vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition. + Schedule and perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and minor repairs. + Track vehicle inspections, registrations, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Other Duties + Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly. + Maintain an inventory of supplies, tools, and materials needed for property and vehicle maintenance. + Work collaboratively with property management and tenants to ensure a safe and functional environment. + Follow all safety guidelines and regulations in daily work activities. Qualifications Qualifications & Skills + Experience: 2+ years in property maintenance, facility management, or related field. + Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs. + Janitorial Experience: Prior experience in cleaning and maintaining commercial or residential properties. + Fleet Maintenance: Experience with vehicle maintenance and repair preferred. + Certifications: HVAC, plumbing, or electrical certifications (preferred but not required). + Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. + Other Requirements: High school Diploma or(GED),Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
