Maintenance Technician
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform installation and maintenance of proprietary equipment such as Extrusion Blow Molding machines, Stretch Blow Molding machines, Injection Molding machines, packaging systems, and automated palletizers. The role also includes general facility maintenance and troubleshooting. **Responsibilities** + Maintain molding machines + Install machines + Perform mechanical and electrical layout + Modify equipment as needed + Conduct routine preventive maintenance + Independently troubleshoot and repair molding machines + Provide training and assistance to team members **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience or an Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance + 1+ year of troubleshooting experience + Proficiency in at least one of the following: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with maintenance, mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, industrial maintenance, and preventive maintenance + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive Health and Wellness Care Program, Child Care Benefits, and a Dependent Care Cost Savings Program. Employees are required to wear hair nets, steel-toed boots, and ear plugs at all times. The work environment emphasizes a 'help wherever needed/get the job done' attitude and is not unionized. This role operates on the 3rd shift with a rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Initial training will occur during the day shift (Monday to Friday) for up to 6 months before transitioning to the night shift. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, hair nets/beard nets, and jeans/T-shirts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
