**Position:** **Maintenance Technician** **(** **_Direct Hire Placement_** **)** **Pay Range** : $33.00-$40.00+ per hour (depends on experience) **Available Shifts:** + **1st Shift Hours:** 7:00am-3:00pm (Monday through Friday) + **2nd Shift Hours** : 3:00pm-11:00pm (Monday through Friday) + _Will train on first shift before transitioning to the second shift._ **Job Description:** + We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The primary focus of this position is to minimize downtime on production line equipment during production hours. The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, handle emergency repairs, and conduct minor facility work. **Responsibilities** + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance (PMs) + Troubleshoot and repair equipment + Handle emergency equipment repairs + Conduct minor facility maintenance work + Work on production line equipment such as conveyors, tanks, filling machines, packing machines, and stacking machines + Maintain facility elements like light bulbs and door handles + Minimize equipment downtime during production hours + Perform mechanical work on pumps, motors, and valves + Conduct electrical troubleshooting with PLCs, with a stronger focus on mechanical work **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 1 year of industrial maintenance experience (required) + Proven maintenance technician experience + Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics + Proficiency in electrical and mechanical repairs + Experience with preventive maintenance + Familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems + Experience with conveyor systems + Strong PLC control and troubleshooting skills + Welding and installation abilities + Blueprint reading and field service experience + Fabrication and schematic knowledge **Why Work Here?** + Join our team and work in a clean, state-of-the-art facility that is growing in size and clientele.
