Maintenance Technician

**Job Title: Maintenance Technician $30-$35/hr**
**Job Description**
We are a family-owned aerospace company seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
**Responsibilities**
+ Monitor machinery to identify issues.
+ Disassemble and repair or replace faulty parts.
+ Inspect parts for imperfections and dimensional changes.
+ Adjust and install functional components.
+ Lubricate and clean parts as per the maintenance schedule.
+ Operate metalworking tools to fabricate and repair parts.
+ Test machinery to ensure proper performance.
+ Repair electrical equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with electrical prints
+ General welding experience
+ Electrical schematic knowledge
+ Mechanical maintenance skills
+ Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance (PMs)
+ Blueprint reading

**Work Environment**
You will work the morning shift, Monday to Friday, supporting both the St. Paul (25 employees on 2 shifts) and another site (15 employees on 1 shift). You will be on-call roughly once per month. Please note that the facility does not have air conditioning and can be hot during the summer.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
