Maintenance Technician
**Position Summary:** The Maintenance Technician role combines hands-on equipment maintenance, strong technical expertise, and a keen attention to detail. This position requires a proactive, flexible individual with leadership capabilities, capable of troubleshooting, problem-solving, and supporting day-to-day maintenance needs within a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure optimal performance of industrial machinery and mechanical/electrical systems to meet production and quality requirements. + Implement and execute maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager and Plant Operations team. + Prioritize food safety by maintaining proper calibration of instruments and upkeep of product-contact surfaces. + Work closely with the Quality department to enhance and maintain product safety standards, including HACCP, GMP, and SQF programs. + Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair machinery using both hand and power tools. **Additional Duties:** + Diagnose machinery issues through observation, detailed analysis, and using precision measuring tools to identify problem sources. + Adjust, calibrate, and optimize machine components to maintain peak operational efficiency. + Monitor and manage inventory levels for equipment, parts, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock to minimize production downtime. + Document maintenance activities and provide detailed reports on repairs and equipment status to the Maintenance Management team. + Continuously improve skills and knowledge by attending workshops, training sessions, and reviewing technical publications to stay current with industry advancements. + Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly following safety procedures and regulatory standards. **Benefits:** + Competitive and comprehensive benefits package. **Note:** The technician is expected to provide basic maintenance tools. **Pay Details:** $31.50 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
