**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
The electrical maintenance technician will work independently to perform maintenance, repair, and/or modification of the plant's computer-driven control systems. This role involves the fabrication, application, installation, and repair of mechanical and electromechanical equipment, including the installation of electrical conduit and machine building wiring. The position is primarily electrical but may also require assistance with mechanical problems or two-person jobs. The technician will be part of the maintenance team, spending 90% of their time troubleshooting and repairing equipment on the floor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of computer-driven control systems.
+ Fabricate, apply, install, and repair mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
+ Install electrical conduit and machine building wiring.
+ Troubleshoot and repair equipment on the floor.
+ Assist with mechanical problems or two-person jobs when electrical work is not available.
+ Read, interpret, and modify electrical prints, schematics, and document changes.
+ Ensure compliance with NEC and NFPA codes.
+ Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment, production equipment, and support machines.
+ Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs, including equipment moves and installation.
+ Implement continuous improvements for machinery to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
+ Update maintenance work order systems, including creating PMs, adding/removing equipment and parts, and assigning work orders and projects.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
