**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Up To $40/hr!**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to perform a mix of electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks. The role involves working on injection molding machines, troubleshooting secondary auxiliary equipment, and occasionally performing welding and fabrication tasks. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform 50/50 electrical vs mechanical maintenance tasks.
+ Work with 480v 3 phase, 120v single phase, 24v DC and AC.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
+ Perform minimal welding and fabrication.
+ Troubleshoot secondary auxiliary equipment through radio communication.
+ Complete work orders, preventative maintenance tasks, and manage inventory using company software.
+ Occasionally change robot end-of-arm tools and update programs.
**Essential Skills**
+ 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
+ GED or high school diploma.
+ Steel-toed boots.
+ 2+ years of experience with 480v.
+ 2+ years of experience with 3 phase electrical systems.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Troubleshooting injection molding presses and reading schematics.
+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ MIG or stick welding and fabrication skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ PLC troubleshooting experience.
+ Auto mechanic or diesel mechanic experience.
+ 1+ years of industrial maintenance or preventative maintenance experience.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is very clean and climate-controlled. The 3rd shift runs from 2:30pm-11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and weekend work as necessary. The company is a tier 1 supplier to GM and Ford, and currently, employees are working 10-15 hours of overtime each week, including weekends.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, Ohio.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
