**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical-based food processing equipment as well as PLCs. This role involves testing, troubleshooting, and running preventative maintenance on various equipment. **Responsibilities** + Work with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical-based food processing equipment. + Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functioning. + Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. + Repair and service electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Work with PLC controls and conduct electrical troubleshooting. + Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents. + Perform welding tasks as needed. + Maintain and repair industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, and HVAC systems. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of maintenance experience in a food production or similar environment. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Experience with PLC controls and electrical troubleshooting. + Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. + Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with welding. + Familiarity with HVAC systems. + Knowledge of conveyor systems and motor installations. **Why Work Here?** Join a team dedicated to maintaining high standards in a dynamic food production environment. Technicians must wear a hair net and lab coat, and those with beards must wear a beard cover. No jewelry is allowed on the production floor, including wedding rings.
