**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will conduct routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair issues, assist in equipment installation, and maintain accurate records. You will also navigate and improve CMMS processes and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment-related issues. All work will be conducted in accordance with lean manufacturing principles. **Shift Available** : 3rd Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule **Starting Pay Range** : $25/hr. - $42/hr. **Responsibilities** + Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. + Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures. + Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. + Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance in conformance with auditing standards. + Navigate, maintain, and improve Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes. + Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall efficiency. + Conduct all work in accordance with lean manufacturing principles and processes alone or in a group setting. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Electrical Troubleshooting - 480v + Mechanical Troubleshooting - hydraulics and pneumatics + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Schematic + PLC troubleshooting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial maintenance **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a good work-life balance with every other weekend off and plenty of opportunities for overtime, which can be beneficial for those looking to earn extra income. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $87360.00/yr.
