Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems. The role involves replacing and repairing motors, gears, shafts, and bearings. You will also be responsible for welding and fabricating replacement parts using MIG or TIG, troubleshooting basic mechanical drive systems, and performing general preventive maintenance, installations, and condition monitoring of equipment.

Work Environment

Our facility operates in three shifts: 1st Shift from 7:30am-4pm, 2nd Shift from 3:30pm-12am (2 openings), and 3rd Shift from 11:30pm-8am (1 opening). We have a 60,000 sqft facility that is expanding with additional lines. We have never had layoffs and offer a flexible team environment where maintenance can be performed on Saturdays, with the ability to leave once the job is done. Employees can make up missed time during the week without using PTO.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
