\n\t\t\t\t\tJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and safely throughout the facility. This role involves performing preventative and mechanical maintenance, requiring a solid understanding of machine repair. A successful candidate is a self-motivated problem-solver with a strong work ethic, ensuring all quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in electrical and PLC manufacturing, with the ability to read and understand ladder logic and program HMIs. Candidates must be able to complete and pass an electrical board and PLC programming hands-on assessment.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nPerform mechanical repairs and make necessary adjustments.\nConduct preventative maintenance on all machinery as assigned.\nTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems effectively.\nComplete welding and fabrication tasks with minimal supervision.\nAccurately enter data into the maintenance system in a timely manner.\nPerform advanced electrical tasks to ensure safe maintenance operations.\nCarry out other duties as assigned.

\n\t\t\t\t\tProficient in hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.\nSkilled in mechanical work, welding, and cutting.\nCapable of reading mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic prints.\nStrong problem-solving skills, adherence to safety practices, and attention to quality.\nCompetent in workbench and computer tasks.\nExperienced in using meters and performing measurements.\nMinimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.\nMay require CPR and first aid training.\nTrained in lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space procedures.\nExperienced with Allen Bradley and Allen Bradley PLC systems.

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $111000.00/yr.
