Maintenance Technician | $26-30 | Monday – Friday 7a-3:30p What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $26-30 an hourSchedule: Monday – Friday 7a-3:30pLocation: Wellington, OHTemporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stabilityWeekly Pay with direct deposit or pay cardWhen you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401K, direct deposit and our referral bonus program Job Description An industrial maintenance technician is a skilled worker responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment within a manufacturing facility, ensuring smooth operation by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and making necessary repairs to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, all while adhering to safety regulations and procedures. Responsibilities: Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace mechanical components such as motors, reducers, drive chains, hydraulic and/or pneumatic components on injection molding equipment.Plan, implement and maintain preventative maintenance program on engines, motors, pumps, pneumatic tools, hydraulics, conveyor systems and production machines in order to improve reliability.Install or assist in the installation of new equipment, including proper layout and alignment.Makes preventative maintenance checks and inspections as required. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
