Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to handle preventative and reactive maintenance. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing 480v

3-phase systems, reading schematics and ladder logic, and making minor adjustments to PLCs. The equipment you will work with includes hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, electrical components/boards, CNC machinery, saws, wrappers, and presses. Candidates must be comfortable working in dusty environments and should be self-motivated. Weekend work and overtime may be required as necessary.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and reactive maintenance on equipment.Troubleshoot and repair 480v 3-phase systems.Read and interpret schematics and ladder logic.Make minor adjustments to PLCs.Work with equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, electrical components/boards, CNC machinery, saws, wrappers, and presses.Be comfortable working in dusty environments.Work weekends and overtime as needed.Essential SkillsMulti-craft industrial maintenance experience up to 480v 3-phase.Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.PLC troubleshooting experience, including reading and interpreting ladder logic, checking inputs, outputs, and faults.

This is a Permanent position based out of Elkhart, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.

-PTO - Maintenance typically gets 80hrs/2wks up front (Standard is 1wk after 1yr & 2wks after 2yrs)
