Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift, working from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday. There is an opportunity for overtime and rotating Saturdays depending on business flow. Initially, you will train on the 1st shift for a couple of weeks, shadowing current mechanics to get acquainted with the role.

ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.Conduct preventive maintenance on filling and packaging machinery, including equipment such as Jones, Mamata, and Matrix.Swap motors and work with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).Utilize PLC experience for troubleshooting.Use blueprints and multimeters for maintenance and repair tasks.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingMechanical and pneumatic repairHydraulic systems maintenancePreventive maintenancePLC troubleshootingIndustrial maintenance repairBlueprint readingAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with food industry machinery is a plus but not required.Experience with filling and packaging machinery is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes working the 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime and rotating Saturdays depending on business needs. This role involves working with various technologies and equipment, including PLCs, VFDs, and a range of filling and packaging machinery. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
