Job Title: Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (SMRT)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (SMRT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the Operations Maintenance team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.Install and troubleshoot photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers, and encoders.Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs.Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks and suggest improvements as needed.Essential Skills4+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.4+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls.4+ years of experience with blueprint and electrical schematic reading.4+ years of knowledge in electrical and electronic principles.3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment systems.4+ years of experience with material handling equipment safety standards in accordance with OEM and safety standards.3+ years of experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial industries performing maintenance on complex systems and industrial equipment.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract position based out of Mesa, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
