Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to respond to production floor maintenance calls and ensure the continuous operation of our equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and will be responsible for performing both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to production floor maintenance calls from machine operators on various equipment.Perform assigned maintenance tasks and machine breakdown repairs to ensure continuous production.Attend and participate in crew transition meetings and daily meetings with other Maintenance Technicians.Read blueprints, instruction manuals, and mechanical drawings.Use measuring instruments such as calipers and multimeters.Rework and rebuild mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Perform electrical troubleshooting on 480-volt 3-phase systems, including blown fuses and rewiring motors under qualified supervision.Set up and operate various types of production equipment and machine tools, including lathes, mills, and welders, to make or rework required machine parts.Perform basic PLC troubleshooting.Essential SkillsMaintenance technician experienceElectrical troubleshootingMechanical knowledgeHydraulics and pneumatics experiencePreventive maintenance skillsPLC troubleshooting3-phase electrical systemsAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experienceProven problem-solving skills with a mechanical understanding of machinerySome experience in forklift operationsAbility to use a multi-meterBasic math and computer skillsEffective communication skillsWhy Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
