Job Title: Maintenance Technician

ResponsibilitiesWork on CNC machines such as Doosan, Chiron, and various conveyor lines and robots including Fanuc and ABB.Troubleshoot mechanical systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, rolls, bearings, pumps, motors, and valves.Perform electrical troubleshooting from 480V 3-phase down to 24V DC, including single phase, servo motors, and drives.Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.Conduct basic MIG and stick welding; TIG welding is a bonus.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Perform general building maintenance tasks such as painting, changing lights, and plumbing.Essential Skills3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting of pneumatics, hydraulics, rolls, bearings, pumps, motors, and valves.Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and use a volt meter.Capability to read blueprints and schematics.Possession of own tools.Work Environment

Training will be on the first shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM) for one to two weeks, after which you will move to a set third shift (8:30 PM to 7 AM). The workweek is Monday to Saturday with 10-hour days, and the 7th day is voluntary. Shift differentials are available, and roles range from entry-level to highly experienced positions with competitive pay rates.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
