**Maintenance Technician** **Pay:** $30-35/hr, depending on experience **Shift:** Monday - Friday, Day Shift **Location:** Seattle or Bellevue, WA **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership to staff and contractors, coordinate and execute maintenance tasks, and ensure the upkeep of company vehicles, equipment, and tools. This position requires a blend of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC expertise, with a significant portion of the role involving heat-related work. **Responsibilities** + Provide leadership to staff and contractors with maintenance and/or projects as assigned. + Identify and recommend maintenance or safety needs through company processes. + Coordinate, organize, and execute specific tasks as directed. + Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools. + Effectively delegate to and support Tech 1 functions. + Maintain a personal and reliable vehicle for work-related transportation. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician, particularly with HVAC systems. + Ability to check filters, troubleshoot thermostats, and listen to relays in HVAC systems. + Knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and property management practices. + Ability to operate heavy equipment. + Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Property management experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer fully covered medical, dental, and vision benefits. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with on-call duties that rarely occur. This role requires a clean-cut appearance due to the high-profile nature of the work. The position is based near downtown Bellevue and North Seattle, with immediate availability for the Seattle location. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
