**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This includes washers, dryers, conveyors, lifts, overhead rail systems, ironers, feeders, folders, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal pumps, diaphragm and positive displacement pumps, chemical injection pumps, and their associated motors. No HVAC or EPA certification is required. **Responsibilities** + Visually inspect and test machinery and process equipment. + Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems. + Perform alignments and maintain gearboxes and bearings. + Repair or replace defective parts; check and adjust sensors and measuring devices. + Clean, lubricate, and replace shafts, bearings, gears, and mechanical seals. + Perform basic motor and instrumentation troubleshooting and repairs. + Use diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot equipment to detect malfunctions or pending failure. **Essential Skills** + Electrical maintenance + Mechanical repair + Preventive maintenance + PLC control + Electrical troubleshooting + Hydraulics + Pneumatics + Service + Schematic interpretation + Troubleshooting + PLC troubleshooting + Welding + Motor maintenance + Conveyor systems **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Over 5 years of experience + Experience with plumbing, mechanical systems, and automation conveyors is a plus + No certifications needed **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive, family-owned business that has been thriving for four generations.
