**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Engineer, you will begin each day with a shift meeting to discuss the daily plan. You will receive a list of preventive maintenance tasks to complete and be responsible for quickly responding to calls from the production team. You will typically complete 3-4 preventive maintenance tasks per day. **Responsibilities** + Attend daily shift meetings to discuss the plan for the day. + Complete a list of preventive maintenance tasks. + Respond promptly to calls from the production team. + Perform mechanical maintenance on conveyors, bearings, shafts, and sprockets. + Conduct electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter and work with 480V motors. + Understand and work with PLCs and VFDs. + Perform welding tasks as needed. + Handle hydraulics and pneumatics systems. + Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the food and beverage industry. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical maintenance experience with conveyors. + Basic understanding of electrical systems and the use of a multimeter. + Experience wiring 480V motors. + Knowledge of PLCs and VFDs. + Experience in welding. + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems. + Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus. + Bilingual skills are beneficial. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company with a fun and flexible work environment.
