**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Facilities Mechanic- Industrial Controls Tech, you will use your strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems to troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems. You will also use your problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and address issues with control systems in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will use your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics to perform routine maintenance on industrial control systems. Your experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting, HVAC systems, building automation systems, and CMMS software will also be valuable in this role. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems using electrical and mechanical knowledge. + Identify and address issues with control systems efficiently. + Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics for routine maintenance. + Perform PLC programming and troubleshooting. + Maintain and repair HVAC systems. + Manage building automation systems. + Utilize CMMS software for maintenance tasks. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in industrial controls maintenance and repair. + Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. + Experience with HVAC systems. + Experience with building automation systems. + Knowledge in 5S, Microsoft Office Tools, Mathematical Computations, Problem Solving Skills, Metric System. + Experience with FANUC & Mitsubishi Controllers. + Troubleshooting skills. + Knowledge of electrical systems. + Preventive maintenance skills. + Ability to read and interpret schematics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of all site services including compressed air, vacuum, and chilled water. + Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your expertise will be valued and your skills will be put to the test in a challenging environment.
