Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various types of machinery and equipment. You will handle a variety of tasks including electrical and mechanical maintenance and PLC troubleshooting.

Install & maintain extrusion, blow mold, stretch blow, injection mold machinesAllen Bradley & Siemens PLC troubleshootingMaintain Kuka & Fanuc pick & place robots Work with servo drives, proximity sensors, and photo switchesMaintain hydraulics & pneumatics (Hydraulics are VERY important) Maintain & troubleshoot 480V three phase motors Read & interpret hydraulic & electrical schematics Assist in machine changeoversMinimize machine downtimeTroubleshoot proportional valves Read voltage & a motor Troubleshoot electrical large electrical cabinets (largest is the size of a bus)
