Job Description
This position is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
ResponsibilitiesPerform minor building repairs as needed, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.Implement preventative maintenance measures.Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.Complete inspections of office and shop as needed.Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocol.Perform other maintenance duties as requested.Clock on and off jobs accurately in an electronic clocking system.Read and understand manufacturing orders.Use and read various types of measuring equipment with a high degree of accuracy.Operate various hand tools, tooling fixtures, and machines, such as saws, grinders, drills, drill presses, belt sanders, slotters, and shears.Work as required.Be punctual and reliable.Willing to perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsTroubleshootingHVACOSHA safetyMaintenance technician experienceExperience with manufacturing processesExperience with shears, slotters, sanders, drill presses, and belt sandersMechanical skillsPneumaticsPreventive maintenanceAbility to read schematics and blueprintsRepair and inspection report skillsPreventative/corrective maintenanceAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma/GED requiredPhysically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassistedExperience operating a variety of equipment, including CNC machines, Bridgeport Mills, and small toolsStrong written and oral communication skillsAbility to work well with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize tasks and follow specified proceduresWhy Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
