**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot production machinery. You will be working on Blow/Filling/Sealing/labeling machines that produce bottles filled with Sterile/Saline Solutions. This role involves working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, setting up equipment, and managing heavy documentation throughout the production process. You will also handle production line start-ups, repairs, and preventative maintenance. Experience with troubleshooting PLCs is highly beneficial. **Responsibilities** + Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot production machinery. + Work on Blow/Filling/Sealing/labeling machines for Sterile/Saline Solutions. + Handle mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Set up equipment and manage documentation throughout the production process. + Handle production line start-ups and repairs. + Perform preventative maintenance. **Essential Skills** + 4+ years of maintenance experience in plastics, molding, medical/pharma, or food industries OR 5+ years of process technician experience in the plastics industry. + Experience with machinery set up. + Documentation experience and familiarity with protocols. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of blow fill seal machinery experience. + Experience with setting up and independently running lines/equipment systems. **Why Work Here?** We offer an established work environment with opportunities for growth.
