**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our robotic systems, automated machinery, and other production equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in preventative maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and training team members on best practices. **Responsibilities** + Maintain and repair robotic systems, automated machinery, and other production equipment. + Implement and improve preventative maintenance strategies to ensure equipment runs smoothly. + Support robotic programming and fine-tune systems for optimal performance. + Address technical issues during production runs quickly to minimize downtime. + Train team members on assembly machines, robotic systems, and best practices. + Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production processes and efficiency. + Interpret technical manuals and documents to support maintenance and troubleshooting efforts. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on maintenance procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a maintenance technician with at least 5 years of relevant experience. + Proficiency in working with PLCs, automation systems, and hydraulic systems. + Strong skills in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in preventative maintenance strategies. + Ability to train team members on best practices and equipment usage. + Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. + Proficiency in interpreting technical manuals and documents. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive team focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
