**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Night Shift**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will perform routine preventative maintenance on various equipment and facilities, and ensure they operate efficiently and safely.
**Responsibilities**
+ Maintain and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
+ Perform routine preventative maintenance on processing equipment, processing support equipment, utility support equipment, and facility related machinery and equipment.
+ Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts, fabricate parts when needed, and adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
+ Follow blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals to repair and maintain equipment.
+ Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment and hand tools.
+ Prepare maintenance reports, document, and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using EAM.
+ Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices required for any process within this job, and follow proper training techniques.
+ Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S, and STW activities.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2-5 years of relevant work experience
+ Hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting
+ Electrical troubleshooting
+ Blueprint reading
+ Troubleshooting
+ PLC troubleshooting
+ Preventive maintenance
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to perform maintenance on a variety of systems
+ Experience with brazing, soldering, and welding equipment
+ Capability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, and service manuals

**Work Environment**
Large, spacious manufacturing environment with a hot plastic smell and loud noise levels. The position follows a 2x2x3 schedule with shifts from 5a-5p or 5p-5a. Personal protective equipment and safety devices are required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
