Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform essential maintenance and service tasks on a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting and repairing production machines and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Ensure routine calibration and maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.Maintain electrical equipment, including electric motors, control boxes, welders, and P.L.C.'s.Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, both electrical and mechanical.Repair and troubleshoot mechanical, electric, and hydraulic motors, as well as electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshootingMaintenance technician experienceHydraulicsPneumaticsPreventive maintenanceMechanical skillsSchematic readingPLC troubleshootingIndustrial electrical troubleshootingExperience with 3-phase systemsAdditional Skills & QualificationsMulticraft technician experience is preferred.Ability to work with a 50/50 split between different tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is industrial, with operations running Monday through Friday. Available shifts are 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm or 7am to 5:30pm, and 3rd shift from 5pm to 3:30am or 7pm to 5:30am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Villa Rica, Georgia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
