**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing any electrical issues on the manufacturing floor. You will engage in the repair of all process, production, and facility equipment, ensuring equipment failures are resolved promptly. You will document daily activities in the maintenance CMMS system (eMaint) and plan, coordinate, and implement a 5S standard for the Maintenance Areas. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues on the manufacturing floor. + Engage in the repair of all process, production, and facility equipment. + Lead and coordinate activities and repairs for equipment failures. + Ensure equipment failures are resolved in a timely manner. + Document daily activities in the maintenance CMMS system (eMaint). + Plan, coordinate, and implement a 5S standard for the Maintenance Areas. + Communicate with all positions as necessary to successfully complete assigned projects. + Generate information to secure the necessary parts to complete projects and repairs. + Participate in PM events in all areas as necessary. + Monitor all emergency breakdown calls and call for technical assistance as needed. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting/problem solving. + Motors Controls Drives troubleshooting. + Experience with electrical repair, blueprint, schematic, and fabrication. + Experience with drives/controls repair. + Experience utilizing a multimeter. + Experience with PLC troubleshooting and robotics. + Wiring experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanically inclined with fabrication experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer excellent insurance and benefits. Orders are through the roof, and business is projected to grow throughout the year. **Work Environment** The work environment is industrial manufacturing, which can be hot and dirty throughout most of the facility. The shift is nights, from 6:45 pm to 7:15 am, with a 2 on 2 off, 3 on 3 off schedule. Overtime is voluntary. Once hired, you can take an assessment at any time to test into a higher pay level. Study materials are provided by the company, and the assessment can be taken as many times as needed for free. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Shelbyville, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75400.00/yr.
