**Now Hiring Maintenance Technician in York, PA!** 1st and 2nd Shift Opportunities! Pay: $29.62-$32/hr **Job Description** This role will support the entire plant. Individuals must be able to work independently and be self-motivated. They will provide overall Electrical/Mechanical support in facility and equipment maintenance to minimize equipment/process downtime through effective troubleshooting of problems and preventative maintenance; all while ensuring the safe operation of all equipment/tools. This is an industrial environment and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, work in various positions standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs/ladders, as well as work in various weather conditions is required. Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment as necessary (Hydraulic Presses, Conveyors, Mixing machines, etc.). • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical problems throughout the operation to minimize downtime. • Support Robotic Control Systems. • Troubleshoot Electrical systems using required 70E PPE and safe work practices. This requires the knowledge and use of PLC’s, Digital Multimeters, Meggers, and all available Electrical testing equipment. • Assist in the implementation of capital projects. • Participate in the improvements of plant equipment to maximize productivity. • Ensure accurate completion of all necessary paperwork and/or documentation including PM forms, Time log, SAP work orders, Inventory system, etc. • Safely perform all job task assigned complying with company procedures and safety policy. • Continually update personal skill set to keep up with technology advancements. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $61609.00 - $66560.00/yr.
