To provide safe & aesthetically pleasing facilities for clients & staff by maintaining buildings through good repair, by means of a Work Order system, Preventative Maintenance system, & by meeting the needs of the staff. To make alterations to buildings through remodeling and/or new construction to meet the requirements of KidsPeace. Competencies: High School Graduate or equivalent required. Graduate of an accredited trade school or a minimum two years experience in a maintenance environment. Basic knowledge of all building trades. Valid Driver's License required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
