Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Technicians will work in a manufacturing facility with heavily automated machinery. Candidates must possess a well-rounded skillset and experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance. Key areas of focus include PLC troubleshooting, hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting/repairs, motor controls troubleshooting/repairs, and electrical troubleshooting/repairs/rewiring. Experience with welding (MIG or TIG), PLC programming, MMS (Maintenance Management Systems), and PLC programming (only AB) is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated machinery.Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Conduct electrical troubleshooting and rewiring tasks.Handle motor controls troubleshooting and repairs.Perform preventive maintenance activities.Engage in welding tasks (MIG or TIG) as needed.Utilize Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) for maintenance activities.Program and troubleshoot PLCs (specifically Allen-Bradley).Essential Skills3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with industrial electrical systems (480v 3-phase).Knowledge of motor controls (VFDs, Servo motors).Additional Skills & QualificationsWelding (MIG or TIG).Machining experience.PLC programming (Allen-Bradley).Experience with Maintenance Management Systems (MMS).Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing setting with mostly updated machinery and heavy automation. The facility is partially climate-controlled, ensuring it never gets unbearably hot or cold. The team and management style are extremely tenured yet laid-back. The facility includes various types of industrial printers, labeling machines, steam generators, boilers, and rotary die cutters.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $76960.00/yr.
