Job Responsibilities:
Maintain, troubleshoot, inspect and repair all plant equipment and systems that are used to manufacture finished goods, as well as the facility.
Job Functions:
Maintain all equipment through preventative and proactive maintenance. With the intentions of keeping the equipment in good operating order and as close to factory condition as possible (with the exception of upgrades and improvements).Troubleshooting and maintaining hydraulic systems, motor controls, electric motors, conveyor systems. ASRS cranes, low voltage control systems such as PLC hardware, sensors, and IO modules.Work as a team to properly resolve failures and open issues in a timely manner.Provide assistance to departments requiring maintenance needs or assistance; (such as fabricating guards, hand tools, furniture assembly, etc.)Comply with Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements.Assist with the training and development of new Maintenance Techs.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.Industrial Electrician Certificate or equivalent education.2 years of experience.Foam manufacturing, Robot, and PLC experience a plus.Ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task and prioritize.Strong problem-solving skills (such as 8D and 5 Whys).Excellent communication and team skills, and have ability to work with other departments and outside resources.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to interface with all departments. While performing the duties
of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; bend; crouch; use hands to handle, manipulate, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk and hear. The job occasionally requires the lifting and/or moving of heavy equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
What We Offer:
