**Maintenance Technician** **Location:** Woodland, CA **Pay:** $24 - $45 **Shift:** 1st , 2nd , 3rd **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for various positions within our distribution center. Positions available include Master Technician,Technician, and General Technician with different shifts as outlined below. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, minor mechanical repairs, and general building maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of our material-handling and distribution equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform assigned preventive maintenance tasks and minor mechanical repairs to material-handling and other distribution center equipment. + Use Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) generated preventive maintenance worksheets to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices. + Maintain efficient operation of material handling equipment by clearing jams and removing foreign materials. + Perform general building maintenance as directed, such as lamp replacement, simple construction, wiring, repair of overhead doors, and plumbing. + Prioritize and coordinate work assignments for Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians to ensure critical work assignments are completed correctly and on a timely basis. + Coach Maintenance Technicians/Maintenance Technicians through orientation, training, establishment of objectives, and communication of good maintenance practices. + Direct and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on high-tech automated equipment. + Use CMMS to maintain distribution machinery and equipment according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and good maintenance practices. **Essential Skills** + Experience in maintenance mechanic, industrial electrical, hydraulics, mechanical maintenance, and electrical repair. + Knowledge in controls - PLCs, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, PLC control, maintenance repair, schematics, and blueprints. + Experience with conveyors, 3-phase electrical systems, industrial HVAC, and repair. + Ability to perform electrical maintenance and industrial maintenance tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a temperature-controlled environment with a lower stress level compared to other production environments because the end customer is the company.
