Our client, a local Beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Concord, NC

Pay Range: $30-$35/hour

What's the Job?

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production and facility equipment as directed. Always work in a safe manner following all established safety rules and regulations. Execute work orders on time as assigned by planner/scheduler, Manager, or other members of management as assigned in proper priority. Troubleshoot and Repair High Speed Filling and Packaging Equipment. Support all Production needs as necessary, leading and assisting on production line changeovers.

What's Needed?

Experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment such as fillers, case packers, and conveyor systems. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
