Maintenance Technician

Team members experience a friendly, supportive atmosphere, leadership support, autonomy, flexibility, and the privilege of doing meaningful, rewarding work. **Benefits:** + Supportive work environment with a culture of caring for patients and one another. + Competitive wages and excellent benefit program. + Generous Paid Time Off. + Flexible schedules for work/life balance. **Position Profile** This role provides quality maintenance of HOV facilities, furnishings and equipment and helps to ensure safe, efficient and welcoming physical environments. **Responsibilities** + Provides quality facility and equipment maintenance. + Assures environmental safety. + Assures appropriate allocation of expenditures. + Maintains and enhances professional skills. + Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. **Minimum Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent experience. + Minimum three years of progressive experience in a maintenance, Handyman, or Construction field. + Minimum of three years of related preventative maintenance, repair and troubleshooting + Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direct supervision + Demonstrated self-starter and ability to take initiative, escalating issues as needed and appropriate. + Training Requirements: OSHA, building, life safety and fire codes. + Working knowledge of building construction, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and a strong mechanical aptitude. + Familiar with OSHA regulations and building, life safety and fire codes. **Preferred Qualifications** + Healthcare background preferred.
