**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description/Responsibilities** + Analyze and maintain systems and equipment in the plant. + Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment. + Repair motors, engines, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machines. + Reference and interpret diagrams, operations manuals, engineering specs, sketches, and manufacturer's instructions. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. + Perform PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics. + Ensure smooth operation of production machines through regular maintenance and repair. **Essential Skills** + At least two years of maintenance experience in a production environment. + Mechanical comprehension and functional understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives, and motors. + Electrical field device/component troubleshooting and replacement. + PLC diagnostics and experience preferred. + Process equipment control knowledge for troubleshooting and installations. + Field service knowledge (photo eyes, smart eyes, micro switches, encoders, reed sensors, etc.). + Electromechanical troubleshooting (controls, components, control wiring diagnosis, etc.). **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr. **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Plainfield,IN. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Mar 21, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
