**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** The facilities maintenance technician will be responsible for promptly and safely performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facilities equipment, fixtures, and systems. This includes maintenance repairs on industrial electrical systems, plumbing, pressure systems, HVAC, and carpentry (office remodeling) throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities include replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door knobs, locking systems, cabinets, and other facilities maintenance-related tasks. Industrial facilities maintenance experience is required. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on building and facilities equipment. + Conduct maintenance repairs on industrial electrical systems, plumbing, pressure systems, HVAC, and carpentry. + Replace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, door knobs, locking systems, and cabinets. + Ensure all tasks are completed promptly and safely. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of direct facilities maintenance (industrial only). + 3+ years of maintenance repairs on building electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Industrial maintenance experience. + Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance. + Industrial electrical experience (480 Volt, Three Phase). + Any schooling (Associates or certifications). + Welding/fabricating. **Why Work Here?** Our client is growing rapidly and has brought three new lines over the past four years, currently working on streamlining new lines for different flavored milk. It is one of the top-performing plants in the country. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Battle Creek, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
