Job Description Inframark is hiring in Hazlehurst, GA! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment to prolong the serviceable life of all equipment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Perform various preventative maintenance tasks; troubleshoot issues and repair equipment + Clean and maintain tools and equipment + Prepare rigs for daily use + Repair or replace pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, belt presses, and other equipment + Maintain files and records of work orders and task completion + Clean shop area as assigned + Conduct routine equipment maintenance tests + Understand and adhere to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to essential job functions **QUALIFICATIONS** + Ability to write simple correspondences + Ability to follow written and oral instructions + Willing to learn and help + Previous water or wastewater treatment experience is desirable + Willing to work all shifts including: weekends, holidays, evenings, and 24-hour emergency on call **_EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE_** High school diploma or equivalent and 0-1-year related experiences and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience **_CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS_** + Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred) + Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** + Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds + Able to climb ladders and stairways + Able to pass fit-test for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus + Must be able to access confined spaces Requirements Internal employees, please apply via Sharepoint: Click Here (https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=ulEKN6BrH0C-S-h2glHJ1tPeH\_hqqyZEj16AqZpE8ApUNUFZNUlBN1M1S1RLVDVCVTRMTUNWUzFLWS4u) Contact the recruiter above if you need assistance.
