Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe role involves responsibility for all aspects of plant maintenance, including preventive maintenance (PMs), reactive maintenance, and any facilities maintenance that arisesThe facility houses aluminum extrusion machines, CNCs, brake presses, lasers, and powder coating machinesResponsibilitiesParticipate in daily pass over meetingsConduct reactive maintenance to ensure production continuityFix various components of extrusion machines, including 3-phase 480v motors, servo and AC/DC motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, small level conveyors, extruders, VFDs, and gearboxesPerform preventive maintenance tasks such as greasing bearings and tightening boltsWork on machines operated by PLCsHandle facilities maintenance as neededEssential SkillsExperience with pneumatics and hydraulicsPLC troubleshooting skillsProficiency in industrial maintenance and troubleshootingAbility to repair 3-phase 480v systems and read schematicsExperience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenanceMechanical troubleshooting expertiseExperience with hydraulic pressesShifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
