Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, installing, and repairing all equipment throughout our facility. This role involves working with industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, steam tunnels, and boilers, among other equipment.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain, install, and repair industrial washers, dryers, conveyors, steam tunnels, and boilers.Handle pneumatics and hydraulics systems.Work with 3 phase motors.Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs.Utilize PLC troubleshooting and PLC control.Read and interpret blueprints.Perform welding tasks as needed (preferred but not required).Essential SkillsMechanical skillsKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsExperience with electrical systems and troubleshootingPreventive maintenance expertisePLC troubleshooting and controlElectrical maintenance and repair3 phase motor knowledgeIndustrial maintenance experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsWelding experience (preferred but not required)Boilers licenseProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to read and interpret blueprintsWhy Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
