Our client, a leader in facility maintenance, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency, a strong sense of initiative, and the ability to multi-task, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

What's the Job?

Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer service requests as assigned. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, and implement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting. Technical, vocational, or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related fields. Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
