Our client, a leader in the maintenance and repair industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be part of the operations team supporting vehicle maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jessup, MD

Pay Range: Max Pay Rate $37.00

What's the Job?

Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment to maximize safety and reliability. Conduct annual inspections on all fleet vehicles in accordance with legal and regulatory agencies. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems. Document all work performed on work orders and mentor junior technicians. Complete electrical repairs and welding projects as needed.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required. Medium/Heavy Duty truck technical training or equivalent experience. Annual Inspector Certification and ASE certifications preferred. Expert knowledge in vehicle systems and components. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and using hand tools.
