Job Description Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for: Maintaining systems and equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
Evaluates the functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments; identifying problems and requirements.
Maintains the function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by implementing a preventive maintenance program, operating and testing systems and equipment, restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
Improves the function and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by studying performance results, identifying, recommending, and implementing changes, expansions and additions.
Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal codes and regulations;

High school diploma required
At least 5 years of industrial preventive maintenance/mechanical experience
Knowledge of rotating equipment and pump maintenance and valves
Preferred Qualifications
Air Separation Plant or related industrial experience is a plus.
Electrical/Instrumentation background is a plus.
Experience with large compressors
Analyzers
Piping
RTD's
Control Valve Functions
P&ID's
