The ideal candidate will be flexible and capable of working on machines as well as the interior and exterior of the facility. **Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve issues. + Maintain and repair CNC/production machines. + Assist with HVAC, electrical, and compressor systems as needed. + Ensure the facility’s interior and exterior are well-maintained. **Essential Skills:** + Experience with maintenance and preventive maintenance. + Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience working and repairing CNC/production machines. + Basic to intermediary mechanical skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Electrical skills and knowledge are a huge plus. + HVAC experience is beneficial. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small team. **Why Work Here?:** Join a supportive and flexible work environment where your skills and expertise will be valued.
