The Dartmouth Group is hiring a full time Maintenance Technicon for is community in Bourne, MA.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance duties of Associations involving mostlyexterior carpentry, painting, plumbing repairs, electrical repairs and minor roofing repairs in addition toother exterior responsibilities to guarantee that the communities we manage are properly and safelymaintained.

\n

\n

Daily tasks:

\n

\n\nPerform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently andthat the physical condition of buildings do not deteriorate.\nPerform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs toensure that the building is properly maintained.\nClean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors,gutters and drains.\nOperate and perform routine maintenance and repairs on systems & equipment as needed.\nOther Duties and Responsibilities \n\n Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required.\n3+ years of residential maintenance or handyman experience.\nExcellent communication skills (written and spoken), follow-up, and follow-through skills.\nCustomer focused, Service driven, and Team oriented.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and takes initiative.\nActive and valid driver's license is required.\n\n
